At Naturally Unique Boutique, we take pride in creating and offering unique, handcrafted pieces of jewelry. We kindly request that you carefully inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately at customerservice@naturallyuniqueboutique.com if there are any issues.
If you need to initiate a return, please ensure that you notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return request, we will respond with a return address for you to send the item(s) back to.
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days or sooner. The refund will be issued to the original card used for the purchase. Alternatively, you may request an account credit to be used for future purchases.
Please note that certified rings are considered final sale items due to the special deals we offer on them.
